The genius of human beings is that we are able to design the world around us. I have always had a keen interest in many aspects of design, and have made a living as a professional graphic designer. For more than twenty years I have been the in-house graphics specialist for Maricopa Association of Governments. Before that, I worked for Spokane Falls Community College, the City of Spokane, and American Electronic Sign Company. I have also taught graphics and computer-aided design for Eastern Washington University, the Spokane Community Colleges, and ITT Technical Institute.
